We will attend the event “Gusto in Scena” from March 1^st to 3^rd, 2010, in Venice (IT). Molino Stucky, an old Venetian typical building, will open its doors from 11.00am till 07.00pm for  the prestigious show “Gusto in Scena” organized by Mr Marcello Coronini with the cooperation of well-known authorities, such as Prof. Attilio Scienza, and the Ministry of the Veneto Region, as well as the Province and City of Venice.

We will be in the area “The Magnificent Wines”, and we will be pleased to taste with you a selection of our products.

For us the protagonist of this three days will be our non-filtrated Manzoni Bianco 2008. In the tradition and respect for the land we belong to we are proposing a totally natural wine: from the birth of the grape to the glass.

In our vineyards of Manzoni Bianco we do not use chemical products but only methods that guarantee full respect for the territory: simply a wine in compliance with nature.

Molino Stucky, the evocative location of “Gusto in Scena”, was built on the Giudecca, island of Venice (IT), in the late nineteenth century at the behest of the Stucky family and designed by the Architect Ernst Wullekopf, who made one of the greatest examples of Gothic Revival architecture applied to an industrial building. Molino Stucky was, in the nineteenth century, the largest mill in Europe.

In addition to wine tasting, you will enjoy some peculiarities of the Italian cuisine. At Gusto in Scena there will be some of the best Italian and international chefs such as Gualtiero Marchesi (IT), Sissy Sonnleitner (A), Montse Estruch (E ). The famous Corrado Fasolato, chef at the prestigious Met Restaurant in Venice, will present a combination of food and wine that will excite you:  one of Veneto’s most famous traditional dishes served with our Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13.
