Refosco
Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso is an ancient red Italian wine grape grown predominantly in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeast Italy and derives it name from its red stems that is different from Refosco grape variety. The grape has a long history and was praised by Pliny the Elder in the first century for the quality of wine it produces.
Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso “Il Tralcetto” has found in our vineyard of Codroipo the ideal environment for its maturation and it reveals an intense red colour with notes of fruits, spice and tanned leather.
