Amaranto 72
Amaranto 72 records the year when Italo Cescon began this particular project into which he poured all of his passion and talent: it is a magisterial blend of red grape varieties typical of the valley of Piave as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Marzemino.
It is given a 12 month maturation in large oak barrelas and further 12 in barriques: a wine of decided finesse and elegance that dispalys rich, complex aromas, then full, savoury flavours on a velvety palate and a leisurely final.
